Some NY news

Reading through the Gothamist tonight, here's a sampling of some news clips in the area:

# Today on the Gothamist Newsmap: a pedestrian was struck on 41st St. and 8th Ave. in Manhattan, someone found a grenade on Pitkin Ave. in Brooklyn, and a hostage situation on Oval Terrace in the Bronx.

# An 11-year-old boy was arrested after he stabbed a 13-year-old in Mt. Vernon, north of the city.

# A 26-year-old man from the Bronx ran up and down Park Ave. on the Upper East Side yesterday afternoon groping the breasts of almost ten women.

Regarding that last headline, I like how the New York Post described the assailant:

A serial fondler terrorized the Upper East Side last week...
